A Pathway for Every Gymnast
Classes are available at Moline and Bettendorf unless noted. Placement in Level 1 and Level 2 is based on coach recommendation.
Mommy & Me
A parent-led class filled with climbing, exploring, jumping, and playing while little ones build coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence.
Pre-K Gymnastics
An independent preschool class that introduces gymnastics through games, obstacle courses, and skill-based activities while building listening skills and confidence.
Beginner Gymnastics
A starting point for new gymnasts learning foundational shapes and skills on floor, beam, bars, and vault in a safe, encouraging atmosphere.
Level 1 Gymnastics
The next step after Beginner Gymnastics, focused on refining technique, building consistency, and learning more challenging skills on all events.
Level 2 Gymnastics
For athletes ready to advance beyond Level 1, continue building stronger technique, and work toward more complex skills on all events.
Boys Recreational Gymnastics
A boys-specific class that builds strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence while introducing age-appropriate skills on men's gymnastics events.
Competitive Gymnastics
Our Competitive Gymnastics program is for girls and boys who have demonstrated the skills, strength, and dedication required for a more structured training environment. Athletes in Levels 3-10 compete through USA Gymnastics in the Developmental Program and represent Next Level at sanctioned competitions throughout the season.
