Find Your Level
Three 55-minute skill tracks with clear prerequisites and safe progressions.

Beginner Tumbling
A starting point for athletes new to tumbling, with no prerequisite skills required. Athletes build body control, strength, coordination, rolls, handstands, and introductory progressions.

Intermediate Tumbling
The next step after mastering beginner skills, including a solid back handspring. Athletes work on combinations, stronger technique, consistency, and connected skills.

Advanced Tumbling
For experienced tumblers who have mastered a standing back tuck. Athletes refine advanced skills, build power and control, and work on more complex combinations.

Technique before bigger skills
Coaches break each skill into manageable progressions and watch form closely before an athlete moves on. That approach applies from a first handstand through connected passes and advanced combinations.
